Hi Dear Clients,
Our industry is one of the most affected during this pandemic since our services require personal and physical contact. This doesn't mean we will cease to operate, we will continue to thrive because people still need to pamper themselves, a relaxing massage is more than just a luxury. We believe that our treatment in helping people feel better, relieve muscle pains, and feel less stress is a necessity.
During this break, we at MassageMNL carefully planned on how we can continue without jeopardizing one's well-being. We put your and our therapists' health and safety as our main priority. Please be guided by our new guidelines:
Before booking, please make sure that our therapist can come to your building or subdivision, you can do this by checking on your admin personnel or security guards. Please assist our therapist if needed once they reach your location so she can go straight to you and avoid unnecessary social contact.
Please make sure that you are in a perfect health condition without any signs, symptoms, or even history of having COVID-19 (including being exposed to suspect, probable and/or confirmed cases). We urge you to be socially responsible and considerate. They also have the right to decline the client if they see signs/symptoms of COVID-19 even if there's no fever. If your temperature is above 38°C and/or shows signs/symptoms, your session will be forfeited and no refund will be made.
To limit the exposure of our therapists, please ensure that it is only the therapist and you (client) in the room for the whole duration of your massage. Towels to be used on the client will be provided by themselves, please make sure these are new and clean. Your room should be disinfected and sanitized as well before the session.
Once the therapist arrives please let them use your bathroom so they can change clothes and wash their hands. They are required to wear face shields and masks upon entering and during the massage session.
All bookings should be made on our website. You will receive an email with payment instructions. Please settle your payment in full and email us a copy of proof of payment to confirm your booking. This is to avoid having our therapists handle cash, another way to minimize exposure.
We will not be accepting premium ventosa and hotstone massage services, also hospital bookings until further notice.
Our therapists will be checked thoroughly upon entering our staff house. If anyone is found to have a temperature above 38°C and/or feel sick even if it's only a headache, she will be sent home and rest for 14 days.
We will now limit a maximum of 3 clients per therapist per day to limit their exposure. This is also for them to have enough rest and a better immune system for everyone’s safety.
